A member of our friendly on-site team will chat to you about your fitness goals and create a workout programme specifically for you, whether you want to build strength, start running or train for an event. They can also demonstrate the kit and exercise in your programme.

A recent article issued by ukactive emphasised that to kickstart economic growth, it is vital that we see significant improvements in our national health. This will fail to happen without sport and physical activity getting the nation moving.
