SA631 - Support Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Support Assistant to join our Healthy Communities Team.  The post holder will support people to access the Active Lifestyles programme.  The role will include contacting people who have been referred into specialist exercise programmes, facilitating their enrolment into suitable classes as well as supporting with the wider administration of the programme. 

We would welcome applications from people who have experience working in a customer service or office support environment, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes.  An understanding of health behaviour change, the benefits of exercise, and barriers to accessing exercise are all desirable.
