Graham Findlay, CEO, NESS, said:

“We are all looking forward to Super Saturday at the Beach Leisure Centre, as fitness is important to everyone, especially those who are hearing or visually impaired. Many of our staff run, both fully sighted, visually impaired, Deaf and hard of hearing, including myself, and guide runners are always needed.

“Becoming a guide runner is mostly about patience and communication, and everyone who enjoys running can take their fitness to a new level by learning how to be a guide. We hope as many people come along this weekend, to get fit and learn interesting new skills.”
