How often do you get active and at which venue?
Normally I get active 3 times a week and normally I go to Get active @ Sheddocksley
Who do you get active with?
Normally I book a badminton court and play badminton but sometimes I go to the gym as well. I play with my friends when I play badminton
When did you join Sport Aberdeen?
I’ve been with Sport Aberdeen for about a year and a half
What inspired you to join Sport Aberdeen?
I was playing a lot of badminton before but I realised I needed a way to book the courts, so I got the membership and now I can play badminton whenever I want!
How does getting active make you feel?
It makes me feel good, good that I’ve worked out, that I’m fit, and I get to play badminton regularly which is great! It’s good fun
How does getting active improve your wellbeing?
I think playing a sport and working out is always a good thing. It’s good for your brain and it’s great for your body as well!
How would you encourage others to get active?
They definitely should get active! There is a large variety of sports to choose from, whether you’re working out or just having fun you can do what suits you.
