Pre-school Gymnastics

Gym Babies is an introductory movement class for your child.

Our coaches will use age appropriate activities which promote cruising, crawling and eventually that ever elusive first step. As an active adult participant in the class, you will be there every “step” of the way as your child builds motor skills and co-ordination on the gym equipment (trampoline and soft play mats), learns through music, sensory props, and enjoys social time all in a safe, clean nurturing environment

Suitable for children Walking –3.5 years.

These 45 minutes long classes are run in a safe and fun environment which motivates your child to be active and explore a variety of movements.

Classes are attended by a child and their accompanying adult, alongside the coaches who guide throughout the session.

There is a group time at the beginning, the main activity/circuit using a range of equipment including gymnastics apparatus, and finally a relaxing group activity using music at the end.

One adult is required to accompany each child in this class and additional adults are not permitted in these sessions and younger siblings are permitted only if they remain in a car seat for the duration.

Suitable for children aged 3.5 – 5 years.

Classes are 45 minutes long and children attend independently. Although the main emphasis is on fun, children learn fundamental movements and basic gymnastics skills.

The coaches will lead group activities with music at the beginning and the end, and during the main activity/circuit children use a range of gymnastics equipment under coaches’ supervision.

Adults are not required to participate in this class however they must remain on the premises to assist if required.
