We have a range of fitness classes available for you to join all across the city. These can be booked up to eight days in advance online. So, whether you’re a cardio fanatic and enjoy a high-intensity class such as body attack, or you like to mix it up with varied exercise stations at a circuits class, we have something to suit you. With a combination of cardio equipment, fixed resistance machines and free weights, our gyms are fully equipped to give you the best exercise experience. Make a racquet
