You may already have a few resolutions in mind, however we’d encourage you to focus on setting small, manageable fitness goals. This way, you’ll avoid feeling overwhelmed and be able to work towards your larger goals in a more consistent way.

In addition, it helps to be specific about your goals. For example, instead of stating that you aim to ‘exercise more’, why not set yourself a goal of scheduling at least three visits to the gym per week. You’ll have a much greater chance of accomplishing this goal and will be able to measure your progress.
