Registration Process
All new members will be sent an email to complete their registration process.
Your registration email will include your unique username, which should be used for logging in to the BRS system. Please follow the registration link, complete the steps, and set up your password.
The Golf Aberdeen team will then enable your account and you will receive an email from BRS to confirm your registration has been successful.
Although emails from BRS Golf will reference Hazlehead Mackenzie & Pines Courses initially, the same username and password will be valid for all Golf Aberdeen courses. Any reference to ‘club’ in communications from BRS is in reference to Golf Aberdeen and not the golf clubs associated with the courses.
Please note that for under 18s, permission to use BRS must be received from their parent or guardian. To give permission for an under-18 to use BRS, the parent or guardian should complete this form and a member of the team will enable the membership. In the meantime, anyone under the age of 18 can still book by contacting the starter box.

Tee times are automatically released at 07:30 each day for tee times 8 days ahead for members and 3 days ahead for non-members.

FAQs
Please check your junk/spam mail folder. If you are using a company email address please check your company security settings – it may be blocking some emails.
We may have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact memberships@sportaberdeen.co.uk to let us know your full name, address and date of birth, as well as your preferred email address. Once we receive this information, we will update our records and resend the registration email to you.
Although emails will reference Hazlehead Mackenzie & Pines Courses initially, the same username and password will be valid for all Golf Aberdeen courses. Any reference to ‘club’ in communications from BRS is in reference to Golf Aberdeen and not the golf clubs associated with the courses.
Your user name is your membership ID and is associated with your Sport Aberdeen membership. This will be displayed in your email from BRS confirming that your registration has been successful. You can’t change your user name. Please note your username is NOT the number on your Golf Aberdeen or Sport Aberdeen membership card.
When logged in to BRS Golf, at the bottom of the user details view there is an option to change your password. If you have forgotten your password you can follow the links found on the sign in page.
Other members will be able to see your name and any course bookings you have which are visible on the respective tee sheets.
If you do not wish your name to be visible on the BRS Golf Booking System you unfortunately will be unable to utilise the online booking option. It is only members’ names that are visible, no other personal data is visible.
You will instead be able to book a tee-time by telephoning the Golf Starter at each course, telephone numbers are as below:

Yes. It is the same password, but you will need to log in to each course separately
Yes, anyone under the age of 18 can use BRS, provided permission has been received from their parent or guardian. To give permission for an under-18 to use BRS, the parent or guardian should complete this form and a member of the team will enable the membership. Tee times are automatically released at 07:30am each day for tee times 8 days ahead for members and 3 days ahead for non-members.
For example, for members, tee times will be released at 07:30am on a Friday for booking 8 days later, the following Saturday.
You can download the app via the following links, depending on your device.
In the search bar, please enter the name of the course (i.e. Balnagask) rather than the name of the club representing that course (i.e. Nigg Bay). The Golf Aberdeen courses are listed on the BRS System as:

The BRS Golf Booking system is used to book golf only. MySportAberdeen is still available for Get active 5 members to book all other activities, including footgolf.
Yes, a feature of BRS Golf is that a member can join any booking where there is space (i.e. if only two players are booked where a four-ball is available).
