This registration form has been put together to make it easier to collate player information and relevant details to facilitate registering schools within Bucksburn & Dyce ASG (PSF) Teams for the 2024-2025 Season.

Team: Brimmond Primary P4 (2024-2025)

Training: Tuesday| 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm @ Brimmond Primary MUGA ( Term Time)

Festivals: Saturday Mornings (Harlaw Fields or Cormack Park) Notice will be given

Completing this form is not a guarantee that the participant has secured a spot in the Team. Those who have been successful in acquiring a slot will be contacted.

• Slots will be issued on a first-come basis and dependent on ratios
• Previous participants will be given priority to ensure continuation of the Team
• Participants should have appropriate active wear and shoes that will allow them to safely take part
• Ensure to provide a different name and contact number for the 2nd contact person on the booking form
• Kindly complete only 1 ticket per child
