This registration form has been put together to make it easier to collate player information and relevant details to facilitate registering of  the P2/P3 Cornhill Primary School Football Team to the 2024-2025 Season.

Team: Cornhill Primary P2/P3 (2024-2025)

Training: Thursday| 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm @ Cornhill Primary Gym Hall

Festivals: Saturday Mornings (Harlaw Fields or Cormack Park) Notice will be given

Completing this form is not a guarantee that the participant has secured a spot in the Team. Participants who are already taking part in the team will be given priority. 

• Any other new participants apart from those already taking part in the team will be placed on the waiting list
• Participants should have appropriate active wear and shoes that will allow them to safely take part in the session
• Ensure to provide a different name and contact number for the 2nd contact person on the booking form
• Kindly complete only 1 ticket per child this should cover the entire season
• Since we have more participants not all participants will be able to take part in festivals every Saturday morning, we shall seek opportunities to play friendly matches if need be

We are on the lookout for volunteers to help out with this or any after-school physical activity session at Cornhill Primary, if you can help or know someone who would be able to support us; even for a short block period or rotation please reach out through vomondi@sportaberdeen.co.uk
