The nomination deadline for Aberdeen’s Sports Awards has been extended from Friday 24 August to 5pm on Sunday 26 August.

Aberdeen’s Sports Awards is an annual event which celebrates the city’s wealth of sporting talent and acknowledges the many facilities, clubs, coaches and volunteers that enable participation across the city.

With 18 categories to choose from this year, Aberdeen’s Sports Awards encourages you to nominate your local sporting heroes, be they young coaches getting involved in sport for the first time or veterans who have dedicated their lives to their sport.

With two additional days left to nominate, now is the time to give that special athlete, coach or volunteer the shine that you know they deserve. Nominate them now here!

This year’s award ceremony will take place on Thursday 4 October 2018 at the AECC.
