We are an award-winning charity and the city’s largest sport and leisure provider, managing over 30 venues including swimming pools, sport centres, outdoor pitches and golf courses. We also offer specialist facilities for gymnastics, ice skating, snowsports, tennis and adventurous activities.

With a dynamic team of over 500 part-time and full-time staff, we aim to be the employer of choice for those passionate about sport and physical activity in Aberdeen.

In 2019, Sport Aberdeen proudly received the ‘Staff Matter’ award at the prestigious Northern Star Business Awards.

As an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, we work closely with the Armed Forces community to create work placements and career opportunities for cadets and veterans transitioning from military service, in line with our Armed Forces Covenant. We actively welcome applications from serving or ex-Armed Forces personnel.
